Fall Storytime Fun
Back-to-school time means back-to-storytime at the Fargo Public Library! The
2010 fall storytime
session begins Sept. 13 and runs through Nov. 17. Registration for this 10 week session opens Sept. 1 and may be completed online, at any Fargo Public Library location, or by calling 241-1495.
Saturday storytimes
also begin again in September. These storytimes are held the first three Saturdays of each month at alternating library locations through May. No registration is required for Saturday storytimes.

Celebrate Grandparent's Day
Join us at the Main Library on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 2 p.m. as we celebrate Grandparent's Day! We'll read stories about grandparents and then make a special craft. Grandparents are also welcome to attend! No registration is required for this event.

Music and Mayhem
It's a toddler dance party! Kids ages 1-4 are invited to get down with some groovy dance moves at our party full of great tunes, musical games and funky rhythms. The fun takes place on Thursday, Sept. 16 from 1-3 p.m. at the Main Library, and Thursday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Dr. James Carlson Library. No registration is required. Come on out and shake it!
Aaarrrrggghhh...Talk Like a Pirate
Avast ye mateys! Have ye always wanted to learn to talk like a pirate? Well here's yer chance. Weigh anchor and hoist the mizzen in the direction of the Main Library on Sunday, Sept. 19 from 2-4 p.m., and help us celebrate national "Talk Like a Pirate Day." There'll be a booty of stories, games and crafts...and no one will have to walk the plank! Space is limited though, so lads and lassies must register by calling 241-1495. Blimey! What're ye waitin' fer?!
