Total Valuation	Fee
Up to and including $1,000	$30.00
$1,001 to $100,000	$30.00 for the first $1,000, plus $4.55 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof up to and including $100,000
$100,001 and up	$480.45 for the first $100,000, plus $2.50 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof
Demolition Permit	$100.00 standard fee or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services
House Moving Permit	$300.00 standard fee or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services. For moves within extraterritorial area the standard fee is $150.00 or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services.
Board of Appeals	$150.00 filing fee

Other inspection rates and fees

Inspections outside of normal business hours (minimum charge — two hours)	$60.00 per hour*
Reinspection fees assessed under Sections 108 and 109 of the International Building Code	$60.00 per hour*
Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated (minimum charge — one half hour)	$60.00 per hour*
Additional plan review required by changes, additions or revisions to plans (minimum charge — one half hour)	$60.00 per hour*
For use of outside consultants for plan checking, inspections, or both.	Actual Cost**

* Or the total hourly cost to the jurisdiction, whichever is the greatest. This cost shall include supervision, overhead, equipment, hourly wages and fringe benefits of the employees involved.
** Actual costs include administrative and overhead cost.
