Anderson Park
Anderson Park is one of Fargo’s west side neighborhoods and is expected to be one of the fastest- growing areas in the city through 2011. It is home to parks, playgrounds, recreational paths and the Red River Zoo. In 2005, the first residential units were built on the neighborhood's south side.
Anderson Park is planned to develop with a mix of commercial and park space along I-94, I-29 and 45th Street with a mix of medium to high-density residential in the central part of the neighborhood.
