Brunsdale
The Brunsdale neighborhood started to become part of the City of Fargo in the 1960s and 1970s. Brunsdale is primarily a residential neighborhood with a mix of rental and owner-occupied housing. The neighborhood has access to a range of services in the commercial district located on University Drive and 32nd Avenue.
In addition, Brunsdale Park, Rheault Farms and the Milwaukee Trail provide the neighborhood with quality recreational opportunities and access to a system of adjoining trails and parks in the city.
