The Lincoln neighborhood is predominately single-family, detached housing with a few townhomes and apartments located east of the University Drive commercial district, which makes up the western border of the neighborhood. The Red River borders the neighborhood to the east, which meets with Riverside Cemetery and the Fargo Country Club.
