Madison/Unicorn Park

The Madison / Unicorn Park neighborhood is located in north Fargo. The land uses in the neighborhood transition from industrial and commercial to residential in a number of areas.

The mix of housing is predominantly single-family detached, with a few duplexes, triplexes, conversions and apartment buildings scattered throughout  The area is served by both the Madison and Roosevelt elementary schools and borders downtown Fargo on the east.
