River Drive
The River Drive neighborhood parallels the Red River and is made up of single-family, detached housing with a few twinhomes and about 15 apartment buildings, including the Waterford Estates Retirement Community.
Because of its location on this river, this neighborhood has direct access to the Nature Conservancy Park and Lemke Park. University Drive is its western border which provides access to a variety of commercial services.
